erggggh

Work is work, whether it is busy or not. I may be "pull my hair out" busy, or I may be bored out of my freakin mind. It doesnt matter. Its cyclical. When its busy. I know I can have a bored week later... and when Im bored I know it will pick up sooner than I like.

Baxter has finally recovered from his latest bout of Asthma. Thank goodness. School is going well for him. We are working on getting him to finish "in school" assignments. There is a pattern, usually the last question is unanswered on his problem sheets. The wife points out that he gets distracted and he gets that from me. I have no defense for this. I just am trying to get the issue fixed before it becomes a problem. His ADHD meds still seem to help alot.

I am trying to drain my inflateOpool. Its a time consuming process, that is taking just too dang much time... and should have been done a month ago. It got used all of 5 times all summer. The wife wanted it... she got it... on the condition I did not have to care for the pool. Little did I realize that this did not include me having to complain to her about it needing to be cleaned on a regular bases. I worried and fretted about it being unclean all summer, as it never got attended regularly. Originally, I didnt even want to be involved with putting it up. But I gave in there. We spent about 500.00 on the pool, another 200.00 on Water, (so we wouldnt drain our well), and another 100.00 to 150.00 on chemicals and crap. So If I figured out how much it cost at this point for every hour of usage for all family and guests... it would be... hrmm about 16.00 per hour of use. That is aweful. Im tempted to stab a hole in it, knowing I will have the same issues and complaints and general family dischord next year. But putting a hole in would only increase the here and now dischord.

We had one of those pools. Though I am enough of a redneck that I filled it with my hose. Though I think mine was 250 gallons. And at the end of the season, I just squooshed one side and let it run out into my yard.

Rednecks Rock!!

At times.

Namaste.
